Our team serves a variety of clients such as Commercial Construction Lenders for new construction and renovation work, Tax Credit Lenders, Property Owners and Managers, Housing Authorities, Equity Investors, Partnerships, Developers and many others.  Additionally we have years of experience working within the requirements of multiple programs such as Fannie Mae,  Freddie Mac, and USDA Rural Development.
